Oyster mushroom veggie soup on the loose. πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€


It’s Saturday and so I love to have some weekend goodness. And there is no Β better way to end the weekπŸ˜†


  • Assorted meat preferably
  • Oyster mushroom
  • Dry fish
  • Snail
  • Ground pepper
  • Ground Crayfish
  • Palm oil
  • Prewinkles
  • Chopped onions
  • Ugu leaves ( chopped neatly)
  • Maggi crayfish
  • Salt to taste
  • Water.


Wash meat thoroughly and cook in a pot, season with a cube of maggi crayfish, ground pepper and chopped onions, bring to a boil after 10 minuites by adding 2 cups of water and a pinch of salt. Allow this to cook until meat is tender.

Now add washed snail, allow to cook through, at this point there is less water in your pot, pot is actually almost dry. Add ground crayfish, pepper and more onions, add 2 cooking spoon of palm oil, add another cube of maggi crayfish if necessary, stir and allow all the ingredients to mix. Now add washed dry fish, add clean oyster mushroom and stir, close pot for about 2 minuites then add washed prewinkles stir and add chopped ugu leaves.

This is just ready, we don’t want to over cook our veggies and all the goodness in our pot. Serve hot with any swallow of your choice. Β With this you are sure to have the best weekend ever. πŸ˜šπŸ˜™πŸ˜—
