Shredded chicken in tomato and veggie sauce. Let’s inspire each other with great food๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€


Christmas came early with this beauty๐Ÿ˜€ it’s delicious and really fast and easy to make.


  • Shredded chicken (steamed fried or roasted
  • Green beans
  • Carrots
  • Ground fresh tomatoes
  • Chopped onions
  • Chopped garlic
  • Curry
  • Baking flour to thicken
  • Cooking butter
  • Diced liver
  • Fresh rosemary
  • Irish potatoes
  • Sweet corn
  • Green pepper
  • Black pepper
  • Seasoning cubes
  • Salt to taste


Add chicken stock in a pot, set on heat then add ground fresh tomatoes chopped garlic and onions. Allow to cook for about 10 minutes, add two cooking spoon of butter, add chopped Irish potatoes, add salt to taste. Allow to cook for about 3 minuites, add diced liver, add black pepper and curry then ย add ย a cooking spoonful of baking flour to thicken stir and let it all mix through. Now add shredded chicken and cover pot for a few minuites to let everything cook through.

Now it’s looking beautiful already, add chopped green beans, add fresh rosemary, stir and add carrots, seasoning cubes and more pepper if necessary. Add green pepper and sweet corn, stir and bring down from heat after 2 to 3 minutes. Now your sauce is ready, steam some rice , drain and serve with fresh rosemary.
